I was born in the seaside city of Antalya, Turkiye, in 1999. My journey in filmmaking started with my dear friend Çağın Doğan whom I met through a friend in high school. We started making short films together, where I’ve been the guy who does anything from sound to cinematography and everything else in the post-production, which shaped me into the versatile person I am now. Street photography was one of my passions, which helped me grow as a visual storyteller and gave me a compositional understanding. Also, music played a significant role in my life; I was in a rock band in high school and later in my life, I started making ambient-inspired electronic music. In my high school years, I took acting classes as a side hobby, giving me a sense of acting and staging. The high school I attended was one of Turkiye’s oldest (Founded in 1898) higher education schools. Because of this history and variety, I have been exposed to various people, which made me more socially susceptible. Being interested in filmmaking for so long, I’ve decided to enrol at Warsaw Film School in 2018 to study cinematography. Graduated in May of 2023
